The Academic Year at a Glance
The Emerson Latin academic year comprises five terms of ten weeks each, running without interruption from September through August. Each term begins the day after the preceding one ends; there are no gaps between terms. Courses beginning in a given term continue across subsequent terms; students may enroll at the start of any term depending on course availability and placement.
